Salary/Position Classification

  • $14.00 Hourly, Non-Exempt
  • 10 hours per week
  • 100% Remote Work Availability: No
  • Hybrid Work Availability: No

Purpose of Position

This is a part-time, non-benefited position. Only UND students are eligible to be hired in this position.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Greet students, staff or faculty
  • Answer the phone and direct questions to appropriate person or office for
  • Assist with duplicating needs of the department
  • Make space reservations as requested
  • Other duties as assigned

Minimum Requirements

  • Customer Service Experience
  • Ability to perform data entry functions in an accurate, timely, and efficient manner
  • Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to meet deadlines
  • Ability to quickly learn new technology
  • Experience with basic office equipment
  • Must have accepted a Federal Work Study award from the Office of Student Finance
  • Enrolled in a minimum of 6 credits for the employed academic semester
  • Successful completion of a Standard Criminal History Background Check
