Purpose of Position
This is a part-time, non-benefited position. Only UND students are eligible to be hired in this position.

Duties & Responsibilities
- Greet students, staff or faculty
- Answer the phone and direct questions to appropriate person or office for
- Assist with duplicating needs of the department
- Make space reservations as requested
- Other duties as assigned
Minimum Requirements
- Customer Service Experience
- Ability to perform data entry functions in an accurate, timely, and efficient manner
- Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills
- Ability to meet deadlines
- Ability to quickly learn new technology
- Experience with basic office equipment
- Must have accepted a Federal Work Study award from the Office of Student Finance
- Enrolled in a minimum of 6 credits for the employed academic semester
- Successful completion of a Standard Criminal History Background Check
