Job Description

Schedule: Monday – Friday (09:00 AM - 06:00 PM AEST)

What are we looking for?

Skills Required:

  • Minimum of 5 years’ bookkeeping experience handling Australian clients
  • A minimum 2 years of Xero experience
  • Excellent written and verbal skills in the English language

Nice to Have:

  • Accounting or Bookkeeping Qualification
  • Advanced Computer Skills including MS Office plus a love of software & technology
  • Intermediate to Advanced Payroll skills

What will you do?

  • End to end bookkeeping functions using Xero
  • Asset Management and Depreciation
  • Processing in or using other software as required (ie: Deputy, Cin7 ERP, Microsoft Dynamics)
  • Catch Up Bookkeeping
  • BAS preparation
  • Balance Sheet reconciliation
  • Profit and Loss reviews
  • Cashflow forecasting
