The Personal Assistant (PA) will provide high-level administrative support to [insert manager's title or department]. Key Responsibilities:
Calendar Management:
Schedule and maintain appointments, meetings, and events.
Prioritize and organize the executive’s calendar based on urgency and importance.
Coordinate travel arrangements, including flights, accommodations, and transportation.
Communication:
Act as the point of contact between the executive and internal/external stakeholders.
Handle phone calls, emails, and other correspondence with professionalism.
Prepare and edit communications, reports, presentations, and documents.
Task Management:
Track and follow up on pending tasks and projects.
Assist with the preparation and organization of meetings, including agendas and notes.
Ensure deadlines are met for important tasks and projects.
Administrative Support:
Prepare and maintain filing systems, both digital and paper.
Handle confidential information with discretion and integrity.
Perform basic office management duties such as ordering supplies, coordinating office events, and maintaining the workspace.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Proven experience as a Personal Assistant or in a similar administrative role.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal).
Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other relevant software.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
High level of discretion and confidentiality.

Time management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
