Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Orchestrate a complex personal calendar, balancing social engagements, health appointments, and business meetings

  • Navigate visa-related matters and expatriate administrative tasks with precision and care
  • Liaise with personal trainers and nutritionists to maintain the executive’s wellness regimen
  • Manage personal finances, including budget oversight and savings account administration
  • Curate personal shopping experiences and thoughtful gift selections for various occasions
  • Oversee maintenance and management of a London-based rental property
  • Book and manage reservations for dining, fitness classes, and various appointments
