This is a remote position.

Schedule:
  • Total hours: 20 hours per week or 4 hours per day
  • Possibility to work during weekends on the CEO's travel days
  • Flexible work schedule following the client's business hours

Client location or time zone: Lakewood, CA, USA - PST

Responsibilities:
  • Primary role is research
  • Research for Travel (airplane tickets, lodging)
  • Research for online shopping
  • Personal call and appointments
  • Personal reservations

Requirements

  • Exceptional attention to detail and organizational capabilities.
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication proficiency.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite, especially Excel and Outlook.
  • Ability to adapt and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Tool: a smartphone and access to email
