Job Description

The Project Manager will be responsible for the creation, implementation, reporting and communication of project plans. Will be responsible for ensuring plans and deliverables are compliant with appropriate design control procedures.

The Project Manager will:

  • Work with stakeholders to develop project plans and project risk analysis for all projects
  • Communicate project status to all project stakeholders
  • Define key project constraints such as scope, schedule, budget, resources and risks
  • Lead contact for all internal stakeholders regarding project activities
  • Create and approve project budget (if appropriate)
  • Liaise with group manager or stakeholder managers to ensure project goals are achieved
  • Work with project team to identify and address critical path or roadblock issues

Requirements:

  • Pharmaceutical or consumer product project management experience
  • Knowledge of R&D, supply chain, end-to-end, and QA processes
  • Experience in effective collaboration, integration, scope, time, cost, quality, resourcing, and communication
  • Exceptional leadership skills
  • Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Project, Work, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, Outlook, SharePoint)

Requirements

Pharmaceutical or consumer product project management experience. Knowledge of R&D, supply chain, end-to-end, and QA processes. Experience in effective collaboration, integration, scope, time, cost, quality, resourcing, and communication. Exceptional leadership skills.
