Key Responsibilities:
- Client Consultations: Host Zoom meetings with individuals and families to assess their insurance needs and explain available options.
- Guidance Through Enrollment: Assist clients throughout the enrollment process, providing advice and answering questions along the way.
- Customer Support: Address client inquiries and concerns, ensuring they feel supported and informed at every stage.
- Collaboration: Work closely with team members to ensure a smooth and efficient enrollment experience.
- Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of client interactions, enrollment details, and any follow-up actions.
