Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Consultations: Host Zoom meetings with individuals and families to assess their insurance needs and explain available options.
  • Guidance Through Enrollment: Assist clients throughout the enrollment process, providing advice and answering questions along the way.
  • Customer Support: Address client inquiries and concerns, ensuring they feel supported and informed at every stage.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with team members to ensure a smooth and efficient enrollment experience.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of client interactions, enrollment details, and any follow-up actions.

Qualifications:

  • Coachable & Adaptable: Open to feedback, willing to learn, and able to adjust to changing circumstances.
  • Strong Work Ethic & Drive: Self-motivated and committed to achieving success.
  • Time Management: Able to balance priorities and manage time efficiently in a remote work environment.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Excellent active listening, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Tech Proficiency: Comfortable using Windows-based software, internet tools, and general office equipment.
  • Remote Work Setup: Must have a Windows laptop/PC, stable internet access, and a working camera.
  • Independence & Reliability: Capable of working independently and maintaining consistent performance.
