Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
Required Qualifications:- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, or related field
- Minimum 2 years experience with Shopify platform
- Understanding of cross-border commerce and international shipping is desirable
- Knowledge of inventory management systems and ERP integrations
- Experience with multi-channel selling (social commerce, marketplaces) desirable
- Excellent communication and client relationship management abilities
- Self-motivated with a proactive learning mindset
- Experience with Shopify Plus features and enterprise-level solutions an advantage
- Additional certifications in eCommerce or digital marketing preferred
- Proficiency in Shopify theme customization and liquid template language
- Experience with popular Shopify apps and integrations
- Understanding of SEO principles and eCommerce best practices
- Familiarity with payment gateways and shipping solutions
- Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and basic JavaScript
Schedule:
- Majority of our clients are within US business hours from Monday to Friday but some may have unusual business hours. Opportunities maybe full-time or part-time.
- Rate starts at $5 per hour
- Payment is made via Deel
- Candidate must have the following WFH Set-Up:
- Computer with at least 8GB RAM, an Intel i5 core processor/AMD Ryzen 5 Processor and up.
- Internet speed of at least 40MBPS
- Headset with an extended mic that has noise cancellation and a webcam
- Back-up computer and internet connection
- Quiet, dedicated workspace at home
