Job Description

Salary: P45,000-65,000 (Monthly Package)

Schedule: Monday – Friday (07:00 AM-04:00 PM PHT)

What are we looking for?

Skills Required:

  • Tertiary Qualifications in Information Security or a related field preferred
  • 3 years of end-to-end Global recruitment experience within IT/Technology preferably in the Australian or US/UK job markets.
  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Ability to establish, maintain, and enhance professional relationships with candidates and clients
  • Effective and professional negotiation, influencing, and sales skills

Nice to Have:

  • Experience in using Job Adder or other CRM/Recruitment System.

What will you do?

  • Finding/sourcing excellent candidates to fill our client’s vacancies in the technology sector (which could include Data Engineers, Architects, IT Security, Digital, Software Engineers, IT Support, Network Engineers, Business Analysts, Project Managers)
  • Shortlist top talent by understanding client needs, identifying candidates through diverse channels (job boards, social media, and referrals), and thoroughly screening them against specified criteria.
  • Build a strong network of high-quality candidates, by proactively connecting with potential hires, encouraging referrals, and maintaining engagement through regular follow-ups.
  • Work closely with recruitment team to understand client needs and provide regular progress updates on candidates, adjusting sourcing strategies as needed.
  • Utilize platforms like LinkedIn and Seek Talent Search to source candidates, initiating contact via phone and email outreach.
  • Conduct qualification interviews, shortlist and present top IT candidates to the recruitment team and build a strong pool for IT job vacancies.
  • Make 30-40 candidate calls per day to screen, update, generate leads, and maintain communication. Regularly communicate with candidates through email for updates and opportunities.
  • Write high-quality job advertisements that attract suitable candidates.
  • Provide meticulous proofreading and editing for documents like resumes and job descriptions, ensuring proper formatting and alignment with company standards.
  • Maintain and update candidate databases with accurate and relevant information
  • Leverage market knowledge and industry trends to generate leads from potential candidates, competitor activities, and market insights.
