Role Description

As the Treasury Lead, you’ll be responsible for building out and operating our Treasury function, designing and implementing efficient and effective systems and processes. In this leadership role, you oversee all aspects of our Treasury function, from cash management and external relationships (especially with commercial bankers and credit agencies), to debt and risk management. In your role as a key contributor to the company’s financial success, you’ll analyze financial data, summarize findings, and make recommendations to drive growth in free cash flow, profitability, and guide through any ambiguity.

In this role, you'll:

  • Design and implement efficient and effective Treasury systems and processes, including end-to-end cash management, collections, payment obligations, and risk management.
  • Oversee the execution of day-to-day operations and systems related to cash management and compliance.
  • Build-out and oversee the Treasury team, providing coaching and development opportunities.
  • Analyze, understand, and be accountable for treasury practices and cash balances and be able to explain changes and variances to leadership.
  • Ensure seamless integration and communication throughout the Treasury lifecycle by partnering and fostering relationships with cross-functional teams, external parties, and stakeholders.
  • Develop and implement Treasury policies and procedures, mitigating risk, and ensuring adherence to company guidelines and regulatory requirements.
  • Build, assist, and maintain relationships with commercial bankers and credit rating agencies to meet evolving needs across the business.

At a minimum we'd like you to have:

  • 10 years of Treasury or equivalent practical experience.
  • Experience with Treasury management systems (e.g., SAP).
  • Experience building, managing, leading, and working hands on with a team.
  • Ability to work in a cross-functional environment driving operational and strategic initiatives across internal and external stakeholders.
  • Ability to use written and verbal communication to influence outcomes on complex issues.

It's preferred if you have:

  • MBA or financial modeling experience.
  • CFA/CTP certification or equivalent professional designation.
  • Experience in a corporate treasury role in the infrastructure, construction, or telecommunications industries.
  • Experience working with technical partners for system implementations.
  • Experience with project management and process improvement principles.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $155,000 - $228,000 + bonus + cash award + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
