Job Title: Admin AssistantWork Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM Brisbane time (6:00 AM to 3:00 PM PHT) with 1 hour unpaid lunch break (8 hours per day/40 hours per week)
About the job:We're seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Admin Assistant to manage our client's customer communications and sales leads.
Responsibilities:
- Monitor and respond to voicemails, emails, and CRM inquiries
- Follow up on sales leads and schedule installations
- Collaborate with our social media consultant
- Assist in lead generation
- Managing day-to-day sales leads and enquiries
- Handle inbound and outbound calls
- Efficient data entry and meticulous record-keeping
- Update and maintain customer records, marketing lists, and other databases
Requirements
- Experience with CRM systems (Odoo preferred)- Previous experience receiving and making calls to clients and are comfortable making cold calls.
- Excellent phone communication skills with a neutral accent
- Strong sales aptitude
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of tasks
- Detail-oriented and organized, with a focus on following procedures
- Pro-active and has the initiative to follow up on customers
- Proficiency in managing and optimizing systems
