About the job
We are seeking an Administrator to help manage and oversee a portfolio of commercial office and
retail properties throughout San Diego County.

Position Summary
Under the direction of Office Management, the Administrator is responsible for the day-to-day
administration and implementation of policies and procedures. To have the ability to initiate simple
tasks and be proactive on assignments without step-by-step supervision. The Administrator is
expected to effectively convey information to management regularly (daily). Management may
assign specific action to complete projects/assignments which will be at the discretion of
management to best meet the needs of the portfolio.
Responsibilities
 Responsible for lease administration duties
 Follow up schedule maintenance on the entire portfolio
 Prepare all aspects of administration duties in the Property Management department
 Maintain tenant sales report and percentage rents schedule.
 Prepare accounting forms for tenant adjustments.
 Maintain interface with the accounting team to ensure total contract compliance, including
preparation of accurate and timely reporting.
 Prepare contract services to ensure agreement is in compliance with standards respects to
terms, including Certificates of Insurance.
 Oversee the Certificate of Insurance on Tenants and Vendors
 Prepare notices to tenants on all matters assigned
 Other duties assigned including special projects as requested by management.

Requirements

Qualifications
 Strong written and verbal skills, with the ability to produce communications and other
materials that are effective and of a professional nature
 Computer proficiency with strong knowledge of Outlook, Word, Excel, and the ability to learn
specific software programs as needed; Yardi experience a plus
 Self-starter with strong organizational and problem-solving skills
 Must be able to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented with multiple deadlines, and adapt
readily to changing priorities
