Responsibilities:
Manage and organize client appointments across multiple locations
Maintain and update the business owner’s calendar to prevent double-booking
Track and organize incoming client documents and communications
Assist with bookkeeping tasks for smaller company clients
Support with tax filing processes and back tax payment management
Ensure timely follow-up on client inquiries and document submissions
Coordinate between different office locations and co-working spaces
Requirements:
Proficiency in common bookkeeping software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero)
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
Experience with calendar management and scheduling software
Basic understanding of tax filing processes
Familiarity with cloud-based document storage systems (e.g., Google Drive, Dropbox)
Scope:
Assist with document management and organization
Perform bookkeeping tasks for small business clients
Support tax filing and back tax payment processes
Maintain efficient calendar management across multiple locations
Minimum 20 hours per week, with potential for increased hours during tax season
Flexible Schedule anywhere between 8 AM to 5 PM Central time (20 hours per week)
