Job Highlights:

Client Timezone: Toronto, Canada
Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to real estate agents using provided contact lists
- Explain the concept of the new real estate marketplace platform
- Persuade agents to register on the platform by highlighting its benefits
- Send registration links via SMS or email to interested agents
- Follow up with agents who haven’t registered to encourage completion
- Assist agents in live registration over the phone when necessary
- Update the CRM (Zoho) with call outcomes and registration status
- Meet daily/weekly targets for agent registrations
- Participate in team meetings and performance reviews
Requirements:
- Excellent English communication skills with a neutral accent
- Previous experience in cold calling or appointment setting
- Familiarity with CRM systems, preferably Zoho
- Strong persuasion and objection handling skills
- Ability to work independently and meet targets
- Basic understanding of the real estate industry (preferred)
- Proficiency in using dialer systems and SMS/email tools
Scope:
- Initially focus on Toronto-based real estate agents
- Potential to expand to other major Canadian cities (Vancouver, Montreal, etc.)
- Possibility of increased responsibilities as the marketplace grows

- Monday to Friday from 9 AM to 6 PM with 1 hour unpaid lunch break
