Job Description

We’re seeking a creative and strategic Social Media Specialist to join our digital marketing team in a part-time capacity. Responsibilities

• Create compelling social media content using company project photos and materials
  
• Manage and grow our presence across multiple platforms, including Facebook and Instagram
  
• Develop and maintain a consistent posting schedule that drives engagement
  
• Respond to comments and messages, building strong community relationships
  
• Collaborate on paid social media campaigns to maximize reach and impact
  
• Support local SEO initiatives through social media optimization
  
• Track and report on social media metrics and engagement
  
• Propose and implement new ideas for content and engagement strategies
  

Requirements

• Proven track record in social media management and content creation (PORTFOLIO OF PREVIOUS SOCIAL MEDIA WORK REQUIRED)
  
• Strong creative skills with ability to transform construction and real estate content into engaging social posts
  
• Experience with social media management tools and scheduling platforms
  
• Understanding of paid social media advertising
  
• Basic knowledge of SEO principles and best practices
  
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  
• Strong time management abilities with proven ability to work independently
  
• Available for daily platform monitoring and engagement
