Schedule:

  • Full-time, Monday to Friday, 9 am to 5 pm ET shift 1 (2 people) and Shift 2 - 11 am to 7 pm (2 people) ET

Job Description

We’re seeking motivated Business Development Representatives (BDRs) to play a crucial role in our client’s expansion. In this position, you’ll be at the heart of the company’s growth, using state-of-the-art tools to generate leads and connect with potential clients. You’ll have the opportunity to sharpen your sales skills, work with advanced technology, and directly impact the company’s success. This role offers a challenging and rewarding experience in a fast-paced, results-driven environment, with clear paths for professional growth and development.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct strategic lead generation activities using cutting-edge tools like Hubspot, Apollo, and Elto
  • Perform high-volume cold calling to potential clients, aiming to set appointments and generate qualified introductions
  • Manage and update customer information in the CRM system (Hubspot) to ensure data accuracy and facilitate follow-ups
  • Work towards and exceed clearly defined KPIs and productivity metrics
  • Participate in a comprehensive one-week training program to master the company’s products, services, and sales processes
  • Collaborate with the sales team to refine strategies and improve conversion rates


Requirements

  • Proficiency in using CRM systems and sales tools, like or similar to Hubspot, Apollo, and Elto (parallel dialer)
  • Strong cold calling skills and ability to generate leads effectively
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
  • Demonstrated ability to adapt quickly to new technologies and sales methodologies
  • Self-motivated with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, results-driven environment
  • Ability to work full-time (40 hours per week) remotely
  • Enthusiasm for continuous learning and professional development
