Job Description

We’re seeking a detail-oriented and tech-savvy Executive Assistant to support a senior leader in a fast-paced, globally-focused environment. Responsibilities

  • Orchestrate international and domestic travel arrangements, ensuring smooth logistics for a busy executive
  • Elevate presentations by editing and refining PowerPoint decks, contributing to the organization’s professional image
  • Manage a high-volume inbox, prioritizing and responding to emails and text communications with tact and efficiency
  • Conduct in-depth research on various topics, supporting the executive’s need for up-to-date information in diverse contexts
  • Coordinate and execute daily administrative tasks, maintaining a well-organized and efficient office environment
  • Play a key role in supporting operations and communications across the organization’s global network
  • Handle confidential information and financial transactions with the utmost discretion and integrity
  • Master the art of calendar management, balancing multiple priorities and time zones
  • Act as a liaison, potentially making calls on behalf of the executive to clients or partners worldwide

Requirements

  • Proven track record as an Executive Assistant or in a similar high-level support role
  • Exceptional organizational skills with a talent for juggling multiple tasks and deadlines
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, with a particular emphasis on creating polished PowerPoint presentations
  • Demonstrated ability to handle sensitive information with unwavering discretion and professionalism
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively across cultures
  • Adaptability and resilience to thrive in a dynamic, ever-changing environment
  • Self-starter mentality with the ability to work independently and take initiative when needed
  • Familiarity with international business etiquette and cross-cultural communication is a significant plus
  • Flexibility to work remotely and adjust hours as needed to support global operations
  • Enthusiasm for contributing to meaningful, impactful work on an international scale
