This is a remote position.
Scope:
Monday to Friday from 9 AM to 6 PM Trenton, ON time with 1 hour unpaid break
Initially handle calls for a few locations, with potential to expand to all six locations
Collaborate with store managers and internal teams to address customer feedback
Responsibilities:
Conduct engaging follow-up calls with 20-40% of the previous day’s customers
Follow a provided script/guideline while maintaining a natural, conversational tone
Access the company’s POS system to retrieve customer information and invoice details
Record customer responses and feedback accurately in a Google Doc template
Identify areas of customer satisfaction and potential improvements in service delivery
Escalate any customer concerns or issues to store managers for prompt resolution
Contribute to the refinement and development of the customer experience program
Requirements:
Excellent verbal communication skills with a neutral accent
Native or near-native English language proficiency
Previous experience in customer service, call center, or related field
Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Google Docs and ability to quickly learn new software systems
Exceptional attention to detail and accurate data entry skills
Empathetic and patient demeanor when interacting with customers
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote setting
