In response to increasing digital engagement and community growth, we need a skilled digital professional to streamline content distribution and enhance social media presence. This role is vital for managing multiple digital platforms, ensuring consistent content delivery, and maintaining meaningful engagement with our growing online community. The position will directly support organizational growth while implementing efficient systems for content management and distribution.
The Impact you’ll make
Content Strategy & Distribution- Develop and execute content distribution strategies across platforms
- Create engaging social media posts and manage posting schedules
- Optimize content for different platform requirements
- Track and analyze content performance metrics
- Manage daily operations across all social platforms (TikTok, YouTube, Instagram, Facebook)
- Foster community engagement through comments and messages
- Create and maintain content calendars
- Monitor social media trends and audience engagement
- Administer GoHighLevel CRM system for campaigns and automations
- Build and maintain prospect lists
- Manage landing pages and email/text campaigns
- Create and update contact databases
- Document all outreach activities and results
- Design graphics using Canva
- Edit videos using CapCut
- Create compelling visual content for social media
- Maintain brand consistency across all platforms
- Utilize Google Workspace for documentation and collaboration
- Coordinate team communication through Discord
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
Required:- 2+ years experience in social media management and content creation
- Proven proficiency with CRM systems, particularly GoHighLevel
- Experience with graphic design tools (Canva) and video editing (CapCut)
- Demonstrated success in growing social media engagement
- Strong understanding of digital marketing principles
- Proficiency in Google Workspace applications
- WFH Set-Up:
- Computer with at least 8GB RAM, an Intel i5 core processor/AMD Ryzen 5 Processor and up.
- Internet speed of at least 40MBPS
- Headset with an extended mic that has noise cancellation and a webcam
- Back-up computer and internet connection
- Quiet, dedicated workspace at home

Work Setup:
- Remote position
- Must have a reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace
- Required to provide own computer with Intel Core i5 or something similar or higher operating system
- Monday to Friday from 9 AM to 5 PM CST (Central Standard Time)
- 40 hours per week
- $5 per hour
