Their products are sold direct-to-consumer and through select retailers and boutiques.Why this role exists
Due to business growth, the company needs a dedicated Sales & Support Specialist to manage increasing customer service demands while expanding their retail presence. This role will be crucial in maintaining excellent customer relationships while simultaneously developing new retail partnerships. The position addresses key pain points in time management, prospecting opportunities, and customer service responsiveness.
The Impact you’ll make
Customer Service Excellence- Manage customer service responses via Gorgias
- Handle product exchange inquiries and processes
- Provide timely and professional communication
- Maintain high customer satisfaction standards
- Build and manage retailer/boutique prospect lists
- Execute prospecting pack distribution
- Conduct follow-up calls with potential retailers
- Schedule and coordinate sales appointments
- Organize and maintain the marketing calendar
- Ensure timely execution of marketing initiatives
- Support marketing campaign coordination
- Track and document marketing activities
- Coordinate calendar and scheduling
- Manage email communications via Google Workspace
- Maintain organized data systems in Excel
- Support team communication through Slack
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
Required:- Minimum 2 years of customer service experience in eCommerce or retail
- At least 1 year of sales support or prospecting experience
- 2+ years of experience using CRM systems (Gorgias experience preferred)
- 1-2 years of experience in marketing or retail calendar management
- Minimum 2 years of experience working independently in a remote setting
- Advanced English proficiency (written and verbal)
- WFH Set-Up:
- Computer with at least 8GB RAM, an Intel i5 core processor/AMD Ryzen 5 Processor and up.
- Internet speed of at least 40MBPS
- Headset with an extended mic that has noise cancellation and a webcam
- Back-up computer and internet connection
- Quiet, dedicated workspace at home

Work Setup:
- Remote position
- Must have a reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace
- Required to provide own computer with Intel Core i5 or something similar or higher operating system
- Monday to Friday from 8 AM to 4 PM EST (Eastern Standard Time)
- 40 hours a week
- $7 per hour
