Job Description

  • Responsible for leading, monitoring, and maintaining the credentialing and re-credentialing process within the timeframe.
  • Swiftly and accurately respond to emails, calls, and texts.
  • Responsible for the accuracy and integrity of the credentialing database.
  • Verify prospective providers have the required experience, education, credentials, and certifications for the job.
  • Protect information about a provider’s work history and personal medical information.
  • Prepare provider files for completion and presentation to clients and upload them into the system.
  • Responsible ensure MSO (Medical Staff Offices), credentialing database is updated and current.
  • Ensure primary source verifications occur for internal processing as well as external customers (i.e. MSOs State Boards)
  • Provide timely follow-up to obtain documentation as required.

Requirements

  • Maintains positive working relationships with providers, clients, management, and coworkers.
  • Must be detail-oriented and organized.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft.

Education and Experience:

  • High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED) and 2 or more years of related work experience
  • CPCS Certification is preferred, but not required.

  • Client Relationship: You will be directly working with the client. This means that you will communicate with the client, provide services, and address any client-related matters independently.
  • Payment: All payments for your services will be handled directly by the client. Elevate and Delegate is not involved in processing your payroll. Your salary will directly go to you.
  • Vacation Leaves and Holidays: While we may have recommendations or guidelines regarding vacation leaves and holidays, the decision is entirely at the discretion of the client. You are expected to align your schedule with the client's business needs and any specific policies or preferences they may have in this regard.

Salary: $800-$1000 / month
