Job Highlights:Contract: Independent Contractor
Work Schedule: Monday-Friday 9am to 1pm UK time
Responsibilities
·Make phone calls and send emails to local councils, utility companies, contractors, and other third-party providers on behalf of the team
·Identify and resolve issues with incorrect bills, invoices, and other requests
·Clearly communicate status updates and details back to relevant team members
·Complete administrative tasks as assigned to help facilitate our real estate deals and business operations
·Maintain organized records of correspondence and tasks
·Other administrative support tasks as assigned
Requirements
·Strong English and communication skills
·Professional phone and email etiquette
·Detail oriented
·Able to learn financial concepts with training
·Ability to follow detailed instructions and procedures
·Basic finance or basic Xero bookkeeping experience
