This is a remote position.
- 40-hour per week
- 7:00 am - 4:00 pm Arizona time
- Campaign Setup and Configuration: Assist in the creation and initial setup of Google Ads campaigns, including selecting relevant keywords, crafting compelling ad copy, and configuring targeting options.
- Keyword Research: Conduct thorough keyword research to identify high-performing keywords that align with the client's or company's goals and industry trends.
- Performance Monitoring: Regularly monitor and report on campaign performance metrics, such as CTR, CPC, CPA and conversion rates, to ensure campaigns meet predefined objectives.
- Bid Management: Implement and adjust bid strategies to optimize ad spend and improve ROI, ensuring efficient use of the advertising budget.
- Ad Copy Optimization: Continuously test and refine ad copy for better engagement and relevance, ensuring high-quality scores and improved ad performance.
- Competitor Analysis: Analyze competitor ad strategies and performance to identify opportunities for differentiation and improvement.
- Audience Targeting: Utilize advanced targeting features to reach specific demographics, interests, and behaviors to enhance ad relevance and impact.
- A/B Testing: Conduct A/B tests on various campaign elements (e.g., ad copy, landing pages) to identify the most effective combinations for driving conversions.
- Budget Management: Assist in managing and allocating the advertising budget across campaigns to maximize return on investment.
- Performance Reporting: Generate detailed performance reports to provide insights and actionable recommendations for campaign improvement to stakeholders.
- Bachelor’s Degree: A bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Information Technology, or a related field (Preferred).
- Certifications: Google Ads Certification is highly recommended
- 1-3 years experience in digital marketing, advertising, or related fields where you have exposure to PPC (Pay-Per-Click) campaigns.
- 1-3 years experience managing small-scale Google Ads, Bing, and YouTube campaigns, either through internships, freelance projects, or personal projects. Demonstrating practical success stories can be very valuable.
- 1-3 years experience in the Google Ads interface, keyword planning tools, bidding strategies, and ad extensions.
- Experience working on marketing or advertising projects, contributing to campaign planning, execution, and assessment.
- Experience building landing pages.
- Be active in industry-related forums, LinkedIn groups, and local meetups. Networking provides valuable insights and job leads.
- The ability to work collaboratively within a team, time management, and problem-solving skills are often as important as technical skills
