Job Description

This is a remote position.

Schedule:Monday to Friday 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM Fredericksburg, Texas (CST), with a 1-hour unpaid break | 9:00 PM to 6:00 AM Manila (PHT)Paid Hours Per Week: 40 hours

Key Responsibilities:

Customer Engagement:

  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone or email.
  • Provide accurate pricing and reservation details using vendor pricing matrices.
  • Ensure a seamless and positive customer experience, addressing inquiries with professionalism.

Appointment Setting:

  • Identify engagement signals and proactively schedule appointments with prospective clients.
  • Utilize tools such asApollo to enhance lead tracking and outreach.

Sales and Marketing Support:

  • Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to refine lead generation and conversion strategies.
  • Assist in creating an efficient lead-to-sales pipeline through data-driven insights.
  • Support sales initiatives by leveraging insights from automation platforms and engagement tools.

Workflow Development and Optimization:

  • Design and manage marketing and sales workflows using platforms like:
    • Apollo
    • Pardot
    • Engagement Studio
    • Salesforce
    • HubSpot
    • Zoho
    • Marketo

Data Management and Analysis:

  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, leads, and workflows in CRM systems.
  • Analyze engagement data to refine and improve strategies for customer outreach and workflow efficiency.
Requirements:
  1. Customer Engagement & Communication:

    • Proven experience in customer service or customer engagement roles, preferably via phone and email.
    • Strong communication skills with the ability to convey accurate information clearly and professionally.
    • Ability to address customer inquiries promptly and ensure a seamless, positive experience.
  2. Appointment Setting & Lead Management:

    • Experience identifying engagement signals and proactively scheduling appointments with prospective clients.
    • Proficiency in using tools like Apollo to track leads, manage outreach, and optimize engagement.
    • Strong organizational skills to manage appointment schedules effectively.
  3. Sales and Marketing Support:

    • Previous experience collaborating with sales and marketing teams to refine lead generation and conversion strategies.
    • Ability to assist in creating an efficient lead-to-sales pipeline through data-driven insights.
    • Knowledge of leveraging automation platforms and engagement tools to support sales initiatives.
  4. Workflow Development & Optimization:

    • Experience designing and managing workflows using platforms such as Apollo, Pardot, Engagement Studio, Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho, or Marketo.
    • Ability to optimize workflows for marketing and sales processes, enhancing efficiency and effectiveness.
  5. Data Management & Analysis:

    • Familiarity with maintaining accurate records of customer interactions, leads, and workflows in CRM systems.
    • Ability to analyze engagement data to identify trends and refine customer outreach and workflow strategies.
    • Strong attention to detail and a proactive approach to improving customer engagement strategies.
  6. Technical Skills:

    • Proficiency in CRM platforms such as Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho, or similar tools.
    • Experience working with automation and engagement tools such as Apollo, Pardot, Marketo, or Engagement Studio.
  7. Additional Requirements:

    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
    • Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-centric approach.
    • Excellent time management and multitasking skills in a fast-paced environment.
    • Attention to detail and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
