- Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone or email.
- Provide accurate pricing and reservation details using vendor pricing matrices.
- Ensure a seamless and positive customer experience, addressing inquiries with professionalism.
Appointment Setting:
- Identify engagement signals and proactively schedule appointments with prospective clients.
- Utilize tools such asApollo to enhance lead tracking and outreach.
Sales and Marketing Support:
- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to refine lead generation and conversion strategies.
- Assist in creating an efficient lead-to-sales pipeline through data-driven insights.
- Support sales initiatives by leveraging insights from automation platforms and engagement tools.
Workflow Development and Optimization:
- Design and manage marketing and sales workflows using platforms like:

Data Management and Analysis:
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, leads, and workflows in CRM systems.
- Analyze engagement data to refine and improve strategies for customer outreach and workflow efficiency.

- Proven experience in customer service or customer engagement roles, preferably via phone and email.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to convey accurate information clearly and professionally.
