We are seeking a detail-oriented coordinator to streamline our sales operations and marketing initiatives while maintaining exemplary client service standards. This role is vital for optimizing our CRM system, supporting marketing campaigns, and ensuring efficient client communication processes. The position will help establish and maintain systematic approaches to client relationship management and marketing operations.

CRM Management & Sales Operations- Manage and optimize HubSpot CRM system
- Track client interactions and maintain contact database
- Build and manage contact lists using LinkedIn tools

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
Required:- 2+ years in sales operations or CRM management
- 1+ years managing marketing campaigns
- Advanced proficiency in HubSpot CRM
- Experience with LinkedIn and list-building tools
- Knowledge of email automation platforms
- Project management tool expertise
- Experience in the financial services sector preferred
- WFH Set-Up:
- Computer with at least 8GB RAM, an Intel i5 core processor/AMD Ryzen 5 Processor and up.
- Internet speed of at least 40MBPS
- Headset with an extended mic that has noise cancellation and a webcam
- Back-up computer and internet connection

Work Setup:
- Remote position
- Must have a reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace
- Required to provide own computer with Intel Core i5 or something similar or higher operating system
- Monday to Friday from 9 AM to 5 PM EST (Eastern Standard Time)
- 40 hours per week
- $7 per hour
