About the Role

Our client, An FMCG brand based in India is seeking a mid-level social media and digital marketing professional to create and execute a comprehensive strategy for their upcoming marketing initiatives. This is a remote, contract-based opportunity with the potential for follow-up work.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough market research and analysis to gain insights into the target audience, industry trends, and competitor strategies.
  • Develop a comprehensive social media and digital marketing strategy aligned with the brand's objectives and target audience.
  • Identify the most effective social media platforms and digital channels for the brand's marketing efforts.
  • Create a content calendar and plan engaging, visually appealing, and on-brand content for social media and digital platforms.
  • Develop strategies for social media advertising, influencer marketing, and other paid digital marketing campaigns.
  • Recommend and implement tools and techniques for tracking and analyzing the performance of digital marketing campaigns.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as design and content creation, to ensure consistent brand messaging and visuals.
  • Continuously optimize and refine the digital marketing strategy based on data-driven insights and campaign performance.

Requirements

  • Mid-level experience in social media and digital marketing, with a proven track record of developing and executing successful campaigns.
  • Solid understanding of various social media platforms (e.g., Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn) and their marketing capabilities.
  • Knowledge of digital marketing channels, including search engine optimization (SEO), pay-per-click (PPC) advertising, email marketing, and content marketing.
  • Proficiency in social media management tools, analytics platforms, and digital advertising platforms.
  • Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills for creating engaging content and presenting strategies.
