As the platform continues to grow, we need a dedicated technical onboarding specialist to ensure seamless user onboarding and drive platform adoption. This role bridges the gap between technical functionality and user experience, helping clients maximize the platform's capabilities while providing valuable feedback to enhance the product. The position is crucial for maintaining high user satisfaction and reducing time-to-value for new clients.
The Impact you’ll make
Platform Onboarding- Guide new users through the platform setup process
- Customize onboarding experiences based on client needs
- Create and maintain onboarding documentation
- Provide first-line technical support for platform users
- Troubleshoot and resolve platform-related issues
- Escalate complex technical issues to appropriate teams
- Develop and deliver platform training sessions
- Create user guides and educational materials
- Share best practices for platform optimization
- Monitor user adoption and engagement metrics
- Gather and document user feedback
- Identify opportunities for feature enhancement
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
Required:- 2+ years of experience in technical onboarding or customer success roles
- Demonstrated experience with financial or SaaS platforms
- Strong understanding of portfolio management concepts
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Technology, or related field
- WFH Set-Up:
- Computer with at least 8GB RAM, an Intel i5 core processor/AMD Ryzen 5 Processor and up.
- Internet speed of at least 40MBPS
- Headset with an extended mic that has noise cancellation and a webcam
- Back-up computer and internet connection
- Quiet, dedicated workspace at home
- Technical aptitude with the ability to explain complex concepts simply

Work Setup:
- Remote position
- Must have a reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace
- Required to provide own computer with Intel Core i5 or something similar or higher operating system
- 20 hours per week, flexible scheduling within Mountain Standard Time (MST) business hours
- $7 per hour
