- Answer and manage incoming phone calls professionally

- Take accurate messages and relay information to appropriate team members
- Provide basic information about services to potential clients
Requirements:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
- Proficiency in using digital calendars and scheduling software
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with common office software
Scope:
- Monday to Friday, 9am to 1pm Eastern
- Remote work, requiring a reliable internet connection and quiet work environment
