You should:

Exceed client expectations by ensuring all support tickets are resolved satisfactorily.

Maintain positive interactions to uplift client satisfaction.

Utilize technical knowledge and effective personal skills to deliver outstanding technical support.



  • Answer customer inquiries
  • handle customer concerns
  • answer customer emails and calls


  • 1-2 years experience as tech support
  • familiar with aftermarket car audio/ or same company is a requirement
  • Proficient with Shopify
  • Willing to learn the product and get familiar with it is essential
