Position: Digital Marketing Specialist
Salary Range: $1,250 - $1,400 (depends on cdd's expertise)
Working Hours & Time Zone: Monday to Friday, Flexible 8 working hours with 2 hours overlap to speak with the client who works 8:00AM-12:00MN, UK time zone
Responsibilities:
• Oversee, manage, and implement all marketing, SEO, and paid advertising activities.
• Optimize Google Analytics for better tracking and reporting.
• Experiment with a variety of organic and paid acquisition channels, including content creation, content curation, pay-per-click campaigns, event management, publicity, social media, lead generation campaigns, and copywriting.
• Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns, including web, SEO/SEM, email, social media, and display advertising.
• Build, set up, and schedule email campaigns and automation via ActiveCampaign and Klaviyo.
• Maintain the company’s social media presence across all digital channels.
• Research social media trends and inform management of relevant changes.
• Measure and report on the performance of all digital marketing campaigns.
• Identify trends and insights to optimize spend and performance.
• Create and design blogs, newsletters, and other materials for social media and website platforms.
Requirements
- Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, email marketing
- Strong verbal and written English communication skills
- 4-7 years of experience in Marketing/Digital Marketing
- Experience with Klaviyo, Active Campaign, and Google Analytics, or any related tools.
- Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform and motivate
- Demonstrable experience leading and managing SEO/SEM, marketing database email, social media platforms, and/or display advertising campaigns
- Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking
- Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing an measurement
- Has excellent communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Tools and Google Suite
- Has good to excellent communication skills
- Requires minimal supervisionProactive problem-solving skills and the ability to anticipate needs.
