This is a remote position.
Job Highlights:
- Contract: Independent Contractor
- Monday - Friday
- 9:30am to 5:30pm New York
- Includes 30mins paid break
Responsibilities
- Provide remote and phone technical support to end users
- Troubleshoot IT issues like password resets, internet connectivity, printer problems, etc.
- Assist users with computer applications like Microsoft Office, Autodesk, etc.
- Perform maintenance tasks like OS updates, security patching, after-hours reboots
- Log all support interactions in ConnectWise PSA
- Follow existing processes and procedures
Requirements
- 1-3 years experience in a technical support role
- Strong troubleshooting skills
- Familiarity with remote support tools
- Ability to communicate technical issues clearly to end users
- Patient and positive attitude
