Job Description

This is a remote position.

Job Highlights:

  • Contract: Independent Contractor
  • Monday - Friday
  • 9:30am to 5:30pm New York
  • Includes 30mins paid break

Responsibilities

  • Provide remote and phone technical support to end users
  • Troubleshoot IT issues like password resets, internet connectivity, printer problems, etc.
  • Assist users with computer applications like Microsoft Office, Autodesk, etc.
  • Perform maintenance tasks like OS updates, security patching, after-hours reboots
  • Log all support interactions in ConnectWise PSA
  • Follow existing processes and procedures

Requirements

  • 1-3 years experience in a technical support role
  • Strong troubleshooting skills
  • Familiarity with remote support tools
  • Ability to communicate technical issues clearly to end users
  • Patient and positive attitude
