Job Description:
We are seeking a talented and driven Social Media Manager to lead our brand's
online presence across Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn. Your role will focus on
crafting and executing a robust social media strategy to humanize the brand, engage
with our audience, and grow our following.

Responsibilities:
Strategic Development: Create and manage a comprehensive social media strategy
for Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn. Tailor content for each platform to maximize
impact.
Brand Personalization: Shift the focus from product-based content to emotional,
human-centred storytelling, encouraging followers to connect with our brand on a
deeper level. We need to personalise the brand and create content around why we
created the products, how it was created, our vision etc. We have examples of other
brands using this strategy very well.
Content Creation & Editing: Develop, edit, and deliver high-quality video and image
content. Collaborate with our designer for enhanced visuals.
Trend Monitoring: Stay informed on social media trends and key promotional dates
within our niche. Create content around these events to boost engagement and
visibility.
Performance Analytics: Track and analyze KPIs and other performance metrics to
refine strategies and measure success.
Trend Utilization: Leverage AI tools like ChatGPT to monitor trends, generate
innovative content ideas, and craft strategies for viral potential.
Collaboration: Work closely with email and SMS marketing teams to align social
media promotions with broader marketing campaigns.
Engagement: Actively monitor outreach, comments, and reactions across platforms.
Engage with the audience and cold-approach target users to build meaningful
connections.

Key Qualifications:
Proven experience growing a social media channel to at least 50K+ followers.
Expertise in managing social media platforms, particularly Instagram, TikTok, and
LinkedIn.
Strong content creation and editing skills, with proficiency in video editing tools and
software.
Analytical mindset to track trends, interpret data, and optimize performance.
Excellent communication skills with a flair for written English.
Outstanding organizational and project management skills.
Ability to work independently and contribute creatively to brand growth.
Familiarity with AI tools for content idea generation and strategy development.
