Role Overview:
We are looking for a highly motivated and proactive Lead Generation Specialist (Non-Voice) to join our team. This role is ideal for self-starters with a strong bias for action who can hit the ground running without needing extensive supervision.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct research to identify potential leads using online and offline methods.
- Maintain and update leads in the CRM system, ensuring accuracy and consistency.
- Engage with prospects through targeted email marketing campaigns.
- Qualify leads by assessing their interest and alignment with the company's offerings.
- Perform market research to uncover industry trends and identify opportunities.
- Design and execute client or market surveys to gather relevant insights.
- Collaborate with the sales team to ensure seamless handover of qualified leads.
- Monitor and analyze lead generation metrics, providing actionable insights.
Requirements
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in B2B/B2C lead generation or a similar role.
- Proficiency in CRM software, MS Excel, and other relevant tools.
- Strong written communication skills.
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities.
- Solid understanding of lead generation best practices and industry standards.
