Schedule: Monday to Friday 9AM to 6PM AEST (Sydney)

Overview
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Outbound Sales Representative to join our sales team. In this role, you will focus on generating leads, reaching out to potential customers, and turning cold leads into engaged, paying customers. You’ll use your sales skills and automotive knowledge to introduce our products and services to prospective clients and build strong customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct outbound calls to potential customers from provided lead lists and marketing campaigns.
  • Engage with prospects, identify their needs, and present suitable automotive solutions to convert leads into sales.
  • Qualify cold leads and nurture them through the sales process, effectively turning them into warm, interested customers.
  • Develop a thorough understanding of the company's automotive products and services to answer questions and overcome objections.
  • Utilize CRM software to track customer interactions, monitor sales progress, and update records with accurate information.
  • Achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and key performance metrics.
  • Follow up on leads and maintain consistent communication with potential customers until sales are closed.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to refine strategies and enhance outbound calling effectiveness.


Requirements

  • Previous experience in outbound sales or telemarketing, preferably in the automotive industry. (Automotive industry - Good to have)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a persuasive, results-oriented approach.
  • Ability to handle rejection professionally and remain motivated.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple prospects.
  • Proficient in using CRM software, Microsoft Office Suite, and other sales tools.
  • Self-motivated, with the ability to work independently and meet targets.
  • confident with personality and with high closure rates at previous job
