Position: SEO SPECIALIST
Work Hours: 8AM - 5PM UK timezone / 3pm - midnight Philippine time
Holidays: TBD
Pay Range: USD 900 - 1,000 per month

Duties and Responsibilities:
- A-Z SEO Management: Oversee the full spectrum of SEO activities across various clients, ensuring all aspects are covered from start to finish.
- Keyword Research: Identify relevant keywords and phrases to enhance website optimization efforts.
- Content Creation & Optimization: Develop new content and optimize existing content, including webpages, blog posts, and e-commerce product listings, targeting specific keywords.
- On-Page Optimization: Implement on-page SEO tactics such as optimizing headlines, meta tags, internal linking, and URL structures.
- Performance Monitoring: Utilize tools like Google Analytics and Search Console to track performance, produce client reports, and pinpoint areas for improvement.
- SEO Trends & Best Practices: Stay current with SEO trends, algorithm updates, and industry best practices to ensure effective strategies.
- Competitive Analysis: Conduct regular competitive analyses to benchmark performance against competitors and uncover opportunities for growth.
- Backlink Audits & Generation: Perform backlink audits and develop strategies for acquiring high-quality backlinks.
Requirements
- Independent Work Ability: Capable of working independently with clear and transparent reporting on strategic approaches and results.
- Communication Skills: Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proven SEO Experience: Demonstrated experience across the full SEO life cycle, showcasing successful outcomes.
- Analytics Tools Proficiency: Proficient in using major analytics tools, including Google Analytics and other third-party platforms.
- HTML & CSS Knowledge: Familiarity with HTML and CSS, and experience with major Content Management Systems (e.g., WordPress, Webflow, Shopify).
- Google Ads Experience: Extra consideration for candidates with proven results in Google Ads management.
- Analytical Mindset: Ability to interpret data and draw actionable insights to inform SEO strategies.
- Certifications: Relevant certifications from recognized training courses are advantageous.
