Position: Executive Assistant/Operations Manager
Work Hours (Client): 8am-5pm M-F CST
Pay Range :$ 800-1500(Philippine candidate)/month (depending on interview assessment and client's approval) Please take note that pay will be given in USD
Requirements
- Provide comprehensive email and calendar management support to ensure seamless scheduling and communication
- Arrange and coordinate all travel logistics, including bookings, itineraries, and expense reporting
- Organize workflows and help implement new systems to streamline operations
- Oversee day-to-day office operations and administrative tasks
- Identify opportunities to improve processes and drive greater efficiency
Benefits
- 3+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar operations role
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, G Suite, Outlook, and tools like Zapier
- Experience working for a US-based company, preferably in the venture capital or private industry sector
- Excellent communication and written skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with stakeholders at all levels
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Affinity for problem-solving and a proactive approach to improving processes
