Job Description
As a Cold Caller / Appointment Setter, you’ll be at the forefront of identifying lucrative real estate opportunities. Your role is crucial in connecting property owners with potential high-value deals. You’ll use your persuasive communication skills to offer free property appraisals, targeting owners of large land parcels with development potential. Your work directly contributes to urban transformation, setting the stage for significant real estate transactions. This dynamic position offers the excitement of high-volume calling, the satisfaction of meeting targets, and the opportunity to be part of a team reshaping neighborhoods.
Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound calls to property owners, presenting compelling offers for free property appraisals
- Identify and engage owners of large land parcels with development potential
- Schedule appointments for real estate agents to conduct on-site property appraisals
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in HubSpot CRM
- Achieve and exceed daily and weekly targets for appointments set
- Collaborate with the sales team to ensure smooth handover of qualified leads
- Stay informed about local real estate trends and development opportunities
Requirements
- Excellent communication skills with a professional and persuasive phone manner
- Experience with or ability to quickly master HubSpot CRM
- Proven track record in high-volume calling and meeting performance targets
- Basic understanding of real estate terminology and processes
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a remote setting
- Comfortable with flexible working hours, including potential evening shifts
- Strong time management and organizational skills
- Resilience and positive attitude in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
