Responsibilities
- Spearhead the creation and management of high-performing Google Ads campaigns, focusing on maximizing client ROI and achieving business objectives
- Conduct in-depth keyword research and implement sophisticated targeting strategies to reach ideal audiences effectively
- Craft compelling ad copy and optimize landing pages to boost conversion rates and improve overall campaign performance
- Utilize advanced analytics tools to monitor campaign metrics, providing data-driven insights and making strategic adjustments to enhance campaign effectiveness
- Stay at the cutting edge of Google Ads features and industry best practices, implementing innovative techniques to give our clients a competitive edge
- Collaborate closely with internal teams to align Google Ads strategies with overarching marketing goals and client expectations
- Manage multiple client accounts simultaneously, ensuring each receives personalized attention and achieves optimal results
- Prepare and present comprehensive performance reports, offering actionable insights and recommendations to clients and team members
- Continuously research and test new Google Ads techniques and features, driving innovation in our digital advertising approaches
Requirements
- Proven track record with a minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in Google Ads management, demonstrating a history of successful campaign optimization and client satisfaction
- Strong analytical mindset with exceptional skills in data interpretation and the ability to translate complex metrics into actionable strategies
- In-depth understanding of PPC principles, best practices, and the latest trends in search engine marketing
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and thrive in a remote setting, showcasing excellent time management and self-motivation skills
- Outstanding communication skills in English, with the ability to explain complex concepts to clients and team members clearly and concisely
- Proficiency in using Google Ads tools, analytics platforms, and other relevant digital marketing software
- Adaptability and eagerness to learn, with a passion for staying updated on the ever-evolving digital advertising landscape
- Experience in managing multiple client accounts and balancing diverse project demands simultaneously
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think creatively to overcome advertising challenges
- Familiarity with SEO principles and how they integrate with PPC strategies is a plus
