Job/Company Overview: A Health clinic providing Psychiatric and Psychological Assessment services and treatments.
Job Responsibilities:
The Care Team Support will play a crucial role in our administrative operations, focusing on efficiently processing calls, faxes, emails, and other administrative tasks. This position requires a strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to work independently in a virtual environment.
- Receive and process incoming calls, faxes, emails, and other electronic communications promptly and accurately.
- Maintain organized records and documentation of all correspondence and administrative tasks.
- Assist with data entry and documentation tasks as needed.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely completion of administrative tasks and support ongoing clinic operations.
- Participate in training sessions to become proficient in specific systems and software used by the clinic.
- Provide exceptional customer service to internal team members and external stakeholders.
Requirements:
- Medical experience or background is a requirement. Should have a strong billing experience
- Experience with Electronic Medical Records (EMR) systems is preferred.
- Strong computer skills and proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in data entry and record-keeping.
- Reliable internet connection and home office setup conducive to remote work.
As this is work from home, you need your own computer and internet to support calls and video call/meetings.
