Schedule: Full-time

• Mondays to Fridays

  • 9:00 am to 5:00 pm Eastern Time with a 30-minute paid break / 9:00pm - 5:00am Manila Time

Client Location/Timezone: Ontario, Canada, EST

Job/Company Overview: A Health clinic providing Psychiatric and Psychological Assessment services and treatments.

Job Responsibilities:

The Care Team Support will play a crucial role in our administrative operations, focusing on efficiently processing calls, faxes, emails, and other administrative tasks. This position requires a strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to work independently in a virtual environment.

  • Receive and process incoming calls, faxes, emails, and other electronic communications promptly and accurately.
  • Maintain organized records and documentation of all correspondence and administrative tasks.
  • Assist with data entry and documentation tasks as needed.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure timely completion of administrative tasks and support ongoing clinic operations.
  • Participate in training sessions to become proficient in specific systems and software used by the clinic.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to internal team members and external stakeholders.

Requirements:

  • Medical experience or background is a requirement. Should have a strong billing experience
  • Experience with Electronic Medical Records (EMR) systems is preferred.
  • Strong computer skills and proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in data entry and record-keeping.
  • Reliable internet connection and home office setup conducive to remote work.

As this is work from home, you need your own computer and internet to support calls and video call/meetings.
