Overview:
BruntWork is seeking a skilled and experienced Recruitment Officer to join our high-performing team. This is a permanent work-from-home position under an independent contractor agreement. We are looking for a dedicated professional from Colombia with a strong command of English, who can make this role at BruntWork their top priority.
About the Role:
Our recruitment process at BruntWork is fast-paced, with recruiters managing approximately eight new job openings each week. The recruitment team is a crucial growth driver for our company and is well-supported. We utilize an ATS (Applicant Tracking System) to optimize our processes and promote collaboration. Our recruiters engage with hundreds of candidates monthly for various roles in digital marketing, virtual assistance, customer service, technology, and sales.

Schedule: Full-time, Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM Colombia Time

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle the sourcing and hiring of candidates who meet job requirements
  • Obtain clear commitments from candidates about working with our clients
  • Follow BruntWork’s recruitment and hiring processes diligently
  • Achieve monthly hiring targets and meet deadlines
  • Complete one month of night shift training before transitioning to the day shift

Requirements:

  • Experience in Recruitment and/or Human Resources
  • Excellent English communication skills
  • Reliable computer (minimum 8 GB RAM, i3 processor or equivalent), with a working camera and headset
  • Postpaid internet with a minimum speed of 25 Mbps
  • A quiet, professional workspace for conducting online interviews
