Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and motivatedDigital Marketing Specialistto join our dynamic team. This role is initially part-time with a clear path to full-time employment for candidates who excel. The ideal candidate is creative, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple digital marketing channels while driving business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Social Media Management
- Oversee and manage all social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn).
- Create and post daily content, including reels, single posts, carousels, and stories.
- Use appropriate headings, hashtags, and strategies to maximize engagement.
Content Creation
- Design and edit graphics and videos using Canva (access provided).
- Develop high-quality visuals and videos tailored to brand guidelines.
LinkedIn Outreach & Lead Generation
- Implement effective LinkedIn outreach strategies to generate leads and foster connections.
Email Marketing & CRM Management
- Manage email campaigns through HubSpot.
- Maintain and organize the CRM database for effective marketing efforts.
Advertising Campaigns
- Create, manage, and optimize Facebook Ads to achieve business objectives.
- Utilize Google Ads to drive traffic and boost conversions.
Search Engine Optimization (SEO)
- Implement SEO strategies to optimize website content and structure for increased traffic and better search rankings.
- Research and apply keywords to improve visibility.
Google My Business Profile Management
- Optimize and manage the Google My Business profile to enhance local visibility and drive traffic.
Reporting & Analytics
- Generate weekly reports to analyze performance across social media, email campaigns, ads, and SEO efforts.
- Use data insights to improve strategies and outcomes.
Website Management
- Update and maintain the WIX website.
- Add new pages, promotions, blogs, and other content.
- Write and upload digital products (e-books, magazines, etc.) to the website for sale.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Digital Marketing Specialist or in a similar role.
- Proficiency in social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn
- Graphic and video editing experience, preferably with Canva.
- Familiarity with LinkedIn lead generation techniques.
- Experience with email marketing and CRM tools, especially HubSpot.
- Knowledge of Facebook Ads and Google Ads management.
- Strong analytical skills to interpret data and generate actionable insights.
- Experience managing WIX websites, including content updates and blog uploads.
- Expertise in SEO strategies and implementation.
- Experience managing and optimizing Google My Business profiles.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Highly Recommended Skills:
- Expertise in advanced digital marketing strategies.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).
