Job Title: Appointment Setter

Location: Remote (Work from Home)
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM Eastern (with a one-hour unpaid break)
Job Overview:
We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Appointment Setter to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for making outbound calls, following up with leads, qualifying potential clients, and setting appointments for our sales team. You will play a crucial role in ensuring a steady flow of qualified appointments that lead to business growth. This role is with performance-based incentives and/or bonuses.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound calls to a provided list of prospects.
  • Conduct follow-up calls and nurture leads through effective communication.
  • Qualify prospects by assessing their needs and interest in our services.
  • Set appointments for the sales team based on qualified prospects.
  • Maintain and update CRM notes and records to ensure accurate lead tracking.
  • Meet daily, weekly, and monthly appointment-setting targets.

Minimum Requirements:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proven experience in cold calling and appointment setting.
  • Confidence and the ability to engage with prospects in a professional and persuasive manner.
  • Strong organizational skills to manage leads, follow-ups, and scheduling.
  • Self-motivated and results-oriented with the ability to work independently.
