Due to our growth, we are currently seeking a Site Civil Supervisor - Fluent German (m/f/d) for the "Construction & Commissioning" division who wants to help shape the energy transition in Central Europe.
Your Mission: You will work on-site in our complex projects, coordinating and supervising the structural and civil engineering work performed by our subcontractors. You will be part of the Site Management Team. For your first project, you will be assigned to our "UW Kühmoos" project.
Our construction sites are located in Germany. This position involves technical leadership as an individual contributor without direct supervision of staff.

Your Responsibilities:
Plan coordination and work preparation for the respective construction phases in collaboration with the engineering and project team
Monitoring and coordinating on-site construction to ensure compliance with public regulations and the designer’s plans
Ensuring compliance with occupational safety requirements, deadlines, and budgets
Quality control and ensuring alignment between execution and planning, including documentation
Handling defect reports
Identifying and highlighting deviations and potential for additional work
Participating in and taking minutes of site meetings and acceptance inspections
Maintaining the construction log for construction work
Your Profile:
Degree in civil engineering or architecture, or comparable qualification
Several years of professional experience in construction and project management (preferably civil engineering)
Substation experience is a plus
Assertiveness and resilience in the context of a complex infrastructure project
Experience in electrical engineering is a plus
Fluent German and good English
