Remote Customer Assistant | Administration
This is a remote position for a proactive and detail-oriented Remote Customer Assistant who will support our customer communications while assisting with administrative operations. Key Responsibilities:
Handle customer inquiries via email and online communication tools
Maintain and update customer records, databases, and trackers
Coordinate follow-ups, requests, and scheduling tasks
